omething About Mary…
Mary D. Miller has 26 years’ experience representing clients in problem loan situations and the resolution of defaulted loans as well as the documentation of commercial finance, loan transactions and real estate transactions.  She represents creditors, trustees and debtors in lender liability disputes, bankruptcies, loan workouts, foreclosures, forbearance situations, collections, contract disputes, and commercial litigation.

She also has worked in the documentation of lending and real estate transactions ranging from $500,000.00 to $50,000,000.00. She is admitted to practice in all courts in Tennessee, the Middle and Eastern Federal District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Tennessee as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States Supreme Court.
